Your generosity through the YOU&I Campaign continues to create meaningful change across our system. I hope the stories in these pages remind you just how powerful we can be when we come together.

As we wrap up the 2025 Shine Campaign — our 14th year of caregiver generosity — I’m incredibly grateful for the 3,101 caregivers who stepped up to give. Together, you raised $822,834 for passion projects across INTEGRIS Health. With an impressive $180,000 match from our Volunteer Auxiliaries, your impact reached even farther than you may realize! Because of you, patients, caregivers, and entire communities felt real support this year in ways that truly matter.

A great example is Project YOU&I, where your contributions helped expand STOP the Bleed outreach across Oklahoma. More than 140 people received hands‑on training, and hundreds of life‑saving kits were assembled and shared with schools, community partners, and others who are often first on the scene. Your generosity helped put confidence and the right tools in more hands when seconds matter most. Your impact showed up in our regional hospitals too. At INTEGRIS Health Ponca City, caregivers launched the new Caregivers Helping Caregivers Fund, offering quick, compassionate support when team members face unexpected hardship. It’s simple, heartfelt, and already making a difference. It also shows that caring for each other is one of the most powerful things we do.

These are just two examples from a year filled with hope, creativity, courage, and connection. This report includes so many more.
